Background of the Study

Corporate culture is the shared values, beliefs, and practices that shape the behavior of individuals within an organization. It has a profound impact on employee behavior, as it influences how employees interact with each other, their approach to work, and their level of engagement. Nestlé Nigeria, a major multinational company, operates in various regions across Nigeria, including Kebbi State. The corporate culture at Nestlé emphasizes values such as sustainability, innovation, and collaboration, which are reflected in its business practices and employee relations.

In Kebbi State, Nestlé Nigeria is focused on ensuring that its corporate culture aligns with local community values while maintaining global standards. The behavior of employees within this corporate culture influences the company’s overall performance, including productivity, teamwork, and customer service. However, there is limited research on how the corporate culture at Nestlé Nigeria specifically influences employee behavior and performance in Kebbi State.
